Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how MyBizC Private Limited ("MyBizC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use our SaaS-based platform and related services (collectively, the "Service") available at mybizc.com.

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Service.

This Policy applies to all users of MyBizC — including visitors, registered merchants, and customers of merchant stores hosted on our platform.

💡

Plain English Summary

We collect the information you give us when you register and use our platform. We use it to run your store, send you important updates, and improve our service. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time. If anything is unclear, just ask — we're happy to explain.

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Register for an account — name, mobile number, email address, and password.
  • Set up your business store — business name, category, address, description, logo, and product information.
  • Purchase a subscription — billing name, billing address, and payment method details (processed securely via Razorpay; we do not store card numbers).
  • Contact us or submit a support request — name, email, and the content of your message.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter — email address.
  • Fill in any form on the platform — any information you choose to enter.

1.2 Usage Data (Automatically Collected)

When you access and use our Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information:

  • Device & Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Usage Information: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, clicks, and navigation paths.
  • Log Data: Server logs including timestamps, error reports, and access records.
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address (city/region level — not precise GPS location).

1.3 Store Visitor Data (Merchant Stores)

If you visit a merchant's store hosted on MyBizC (e.g., mybizc.com/storename), we may collect:

  • Visitor analytics such as page views, clicks, and device type — aggregated and anonymised for merchant dashboards.
  • Contact information voluntarily submitted via the store's enquiry form (name, phone number) — this data is passed to the merchant.
💳

Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. MyBizC does not store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes. We only receive a transaction confirmation and payment status from Razorpay.
